Defect during the warranty period
When a product becomes defective within the warranty period, we ask you to report this to our customer service. To help you as quickly as possible, we ask you to send an email with the following information:
* Copy of the invoice
* Photo(s) and / or video(s) of the defective product
* Description of the defect and the possible reason for the defect
After receiving this information, the defect report will be processed within a few days. We will contact you about the handling of the report.

The warranty period for our products applies to manufacturing, material and assembly faults for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Guarantee will only be granted if the buyer can demonstrate that he has purchased the item from us.
