Delivery and Collection
Delivery
Once you've selected shipping and the items are in stock, the order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
You will receive an email from the carrier with the expected time of delivery. Please make sure you are present in the indicated time slot.
The pallets are only delivered on the ground floor, up to the first lockable door. If you are not at home, you will receive a card from the carrier in your letterbox with the current status of your order.
If you have received the order with visible damage to the packaging, have this noted by the carrier before signing for receipt. Take pictures of the damage and contact our customer service to report the damage.
Note: when you sign for receipt without comment, you sign for correct receipt of the shipment.
Pick up
If you have chosen to pick up in Venlo (NL), you will receive an email when the order is ready to be picked up.
Note: Collection is possible on working days (Mon to Fri) between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm. Make sure you bring enough help for loading (heavy) products.
